Dean of the Academy of Arts Dragana Purković Macan specified that based on this agreement, extremely close cooperation between the two institutions will be established and the foundation for the development of joint projects will be laid.

- With this agreement, the National Theatre opens its doors to our talented students from all departments, and we on the other hand, in addition to human resources, will help National Theatre by providing them with technical assistance, engagement of our professors, training rooms for rehearsals, providing a depot for props, etc. 

Acting director of National Theatre stated that the engagement of professors of the Academy of Arts has been agreed, and they will provide an assistance in forming the symphony orchestra, which will be the first step and the backbone of the future philharmonic. At the same time, visitors to this year's Theater Fest "Petar Kocic" for the first time, in addition to performances by renowned theaters from the region, will have the opportunity to enjoy performances by students of performing arts from regional art academies. This means that the Youth Fest will be held in the joint organization of Academy of Arts at the University of Banja Luka and National Theatre.
