The first PAF


 

  

🎭 The first PAF (Academic Theatre Festival) was held from June 4th to June 6th 2022 and was organized by the Center for Visual Arts and the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka. During the three festival days, the first PAF hosted over eighty participants, and its program was held in the National Theatre of the Republic of Srpska, the Children's Theater of the Republic of Srpska, the City Theater "Jazavac" and at the Academy of Arts of the University of Banja Luka.

The partners of the first Academic Theatre Festival were the Children's Theatre of the Republic of Srpska, the National Theatre of the Republic of Srpska and the City Theatre "Jazavac". The festival was supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska and the City of Banja Luka.

Competition

Program

The following theatre plays were a part of the competition program: "Persona" (Faculty of Arts Priština - Zvečan), “Predstava Hamleta u selu Mrduša Donja" (Academy of Arts Belgrade), "Proslava" (Academy of Arts Novi Sad), "Psihoza u 4:48" (Academy of Performing Arts Sarajevo) and "Psihoterapija" (Faculty of Contemporary Arts Belgrade).

 

Accompanying

Prgram

In addition, as a part of the accompanying program, there were lectures by professor Vida Ognjenović and professor Dejan Sredojević, a promotion of the book "Drame" written by the students of Dramaturgy of the Academy of Arts UNIBL, public reading of dramas written by students of Dramaturgy of the Academy of Arts UNIBL, theatre play “Djeca sunca”, as well as  “Combine Quartet” jazz concert and PAFterparty, where DJ Dušan Radusinović performed.
